Averan sells made-to-order clothing through this Shopify store. These terms apply to orders placed through the store, together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies.

Orders and prices

Review the product, size, color, shipping address and total before placing an order. You must provide accurate contact and payment details and be authorized to use the payment method. Prices are displayed in the store currency; applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. We will contact you if an item is unavailable or an order contains a pricing or description error. We will not substitute an item or increase your charge without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund any amount paid for the affected item and its shipping.

Made-to-order products

Our fulfillment partners make and ship products after an order is approved. Production time is separate from transit time, and items may arrive in separate packages. Product images are supplier mockups unless stated otherwise; screen colors can differ from the physical item. See the product measurements and care instructions before ordering. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially differs from its description.

Cancellations and returns

Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, quality issues and returns. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery and address changes. Contact us promptly if you need help with an order.

Use of this website

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access another customer's account, or reproduce our original artwork for commercial use without permission. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Updates and consumer rights

The terms shown when you place your order apply to that order. Future changes apply to later orders. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
